My AI profile is not being generated after payment
- You can check the status of your AI profile creation in the Gallery > My Album menu!
- When there are many users, AI profile creation can take up to 48 hours. We will send you a notification when the creation is complete, so please wait a little longer.
I can't see the AI profile I created in the past
- This often happens when you log in with a different account than before! Please check your Google or Apple account that you used to log in.
- The storage period for AI profiles is 1 month. AI profiles that have passed the storage period cannot be viewed. Please download them within the storage period.
