Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms of Service aim to establish the basic matters such as the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between "Petbooth Studio Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the 'Company')" and users or between users, and the conditions for using the service provided by the Company.

Article 2 (Definition of Terms)

The definitions of terms used in these Terms of Service are as follows.

1. "Petbooth" refers to a virtual business place, platform, or service space (including applications, web pages, etc.) set up by the Company to provide services using computer information and communication facilities or mobile information and communication facilities such as smartphones and tablets. "Petbooth Service" refers to services provided by the Company to users through Petbooth, including applications, web services, content, and customer support that members use through mobile devices.
2. "User" refers to a person who agrees to these Terms of Service, receives approval from the Company for their application to join, and uses the Petbooth Service provided by the Company.
3. "AI Profile" refers to digital content such as AI profile images produced by the Company and provided for users to use for free or for a fee within the service.
4. "Points" refers to a virtual payment method that can be used as a payment method according to the point policy set by the Company to use Petbooth services such as AI Profiles.
5. "Purchase" refers to when a user (i) pays for an AI Profile produced by the Company with points, or (ii) pays with a payment method designated by the Company.

Article 18 (Jurisdiction and Governing Law)

1. Legal disputes raised between the Company and users shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
2. For disputes arising between the Company and users in relation to the use of the service, the [Seoul Central District Court] shall have exclusive jurisdiction for the first instance by agreement.

These Terms of Service are effective from October 9, 2023.
